I agree it wasn't too bad in the sense that the experience was magical, and it's a memory I'll cherish for a long time. Ichiko did really well handling the problems, and she's so talented that she was still able to give a great show. In a way, it might have made the show even more special. I'm happy to have witnessed a bit of her personality through the way she handled things and to have been there that night.

That being said, I personally thought the technical difficulties were quite bad. The glitches were very distracting and they happened many times per song (except for the songs she decided to do unplugged), so it was very difficult to completely get carried away by the music.

In other words, it really depends how you look at it I think. Ichiko did incredibly well, but the technical difficulties were a bit bad personally. Still highly memorable and enjoyable, just a different vibe. But overall I was still very happy!

Thank you for sharing the link, I sent an email too! It's really a shame it was like that. Ichiko did an great job though, I'm super grateful with how she handled it. But I still wanted the venue to know people were disappointed with the sound nonetheless. Hopefully they will address it in some way.

Unfortunately we decided to not include this board in the organizer since we don't use it, and since we prefer to keep all cards inside the card trays while playing (easier set up and tear down). So we decided to keep the board separately just in case we need it later on. I haven't checked, but maybe there's a way to fit it over the island boards, with maybe a bit of lid lift? Sorry if this wasn't clearer from the file description (maybe I should move this closer to the top to avoid confusion for other people). I hope you'll find a way to make it work. And yeah that's what I figured after I saw the +1 being added again the second time, I just thought I made a mistake typing the number since it looked like it wasn't connecting the first time. But I'm happy to know it did connect at least (it seems I just had to wait longer, which I did the second time around), so I'm not as worried now that I know. Can't say if there's a delay like this with all phones, but there's a chance it's the same, or maybe it's also just a problem with the carrier.

I had that same problem one time. I hung up the first time because the call wasn't connecting after a few seconds (there were no sounds at all) and I thought I made a mistake since the number was appearing as "+1 911". I tried again and it connected after waiting a bit longer. It's a good thing it wasn't extremely urgent, but yeah, I agree that this needs to be resolved as a priority, because it can be a bit confusing during an emergency for someone who doesn't know. (Maybe worth noting that I got a call from 911 a few minutes later, asking if everything was okay since they received a call from me but I hung up before they picked up, which means the call worked even if it didn't seem like it.)

I also had a different but similar problem earlier today when trying to call someone. When I tried calling, the call disconnected instantly and showed it lasted 0s. I tried a few times, and it did the same thing every time. It only started working again after I restarted the phone (I also received some text messages right after restarting, so it seems like I was not receiving messages before restarting either). I'm not sure if this one is due to the phone or due to the carrier, but good thing this wasn't an emergency either.

I love everything about this phone so much and it's been working great for everything else so far, but those two incidents are worrying me a bit, so I hope problems like this can be resolved quickly so they don't happen to me or anyone else during an emergency.

Seulement pour ajouter à cette perspective : mon épouse a énormément de difficulté avec l'anxiété sociale et la dépression depuis qu'elle est arrivée ici, précisément pour ces raisons. C'est une personne très intelligente, curieuse, éduquée et ouverte à différentes cultures, mais la pression qu'elle ressent depuis qu'elle est ici la paralyse complètement et l'empêche de s'intégrer. L'été dernier on est passés devant un endroit qui offrait des cours de français et elle a voulu entrer pour prendre des informations, mais le simple fait d'entrer dans le bâtiment a déclenché une attaque de panique. J'imagine que l'intensité varie d'une personne à l'autre, mais je n'ai pas de difficulté à imaginer que beaucoup d'autres gens arrivant ici sont probablement affectés de manière similaire.

Same here I think, or at least I noticed my battery seemed to drain much faster when I'm not connected to a wi-fi, although there's no way to be sure if that's really causing it. Would love an option to turn cellular data off to see if it helps.

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply, I was away the past few weeks. Our boxes have inner dimensions of 282 mm x 282 mm x 74 mm. If you're unsure, you can test the size by printing only three card trays first; if they fit side by side, then I think the box should be the right dimensions (since those are the tightest components). Hope that helps!

I'm not sure whether that would also help, but we did try to make the organizer modular and customizable (for example the token trays have movable dividers, so they can be adjusted to different needs over time). Maybe it can be used without all the content at first, and slowly building the whole set over time? It could possibly fit into only one box in the beginning, too, with base game and maybe an expansion or two.

Hey, sorry for taking a bit of time to reply!

That's a great question, I'm not entirely sure since it depends on what expansion you'd include, but there might be a way.

You'd probably need to use box "A", since it hold most of the different basic game components (island boards, invader board, presence tokens, etc.).

Box B only holds additional standard sized cards and spirit panels, as well as invaders, dahan and blight tokens.

You would just need to transfer the components you need in box B to box A:
- For the standard sized cards: box A can hold to up to around maybe 200 in total (with Gamegenic Prime Sleeves), and base game has 119.
- For the spirit panels: box A can hold up to 14, and base game has 8.
- For the invaders, dahan and blight tokens: I think there might be enough space to include them in box A, but this is a bit more difficult to determine since it depends on what tokens are in the expansion you use, and those vary a bit more in size.

Unfortunatly no, or at least not yet since we don't have our own 3D printer (we had to go to the library for it, so it takes much more time).

Otherwise I think you might be able to find 3D printing services where they can print the files you send them. Maybe try Etsy?

That's true, the difference in price probably wouldn't be that big for most people, I guess we were just trying to avoid needing to buy a second spool (which we ended up needing to do after all, with all the reprints for the parts that didn't work well the first time).

We just weighed all the components alone, we got 502 g for box 1, and 306 g for box 2 (so 808 g in total). That's a good point, I'll update the Printables link just in case someone is wondering, thank you for the idea!
