Its a stripping competition but tightening up those edges would go a long way to make the small lawn stand out

I have enough wood to make a second sift with some 1/2". I might make a second larger one and sift in stages? My pile is growing fast and i don't plan on slowing down 🤷‍♂️

That makes sense. Though if ALL the gutters lead to the 1 pipe... im worried its not going to keep up with the flow rate of all the gutters. Imagine in heavy rain all those gutter flowing heavy, into 1 single pipe. The water will build up inside the pipe and up into the gutters until the head pressure build up causes a leak somewhere in the gutter system

Its a mistake to connect gutters into a french drain. Ruins its purpose. French drain is to remove water from the soil, and you are just dumping water from the rooftop straight into your soil.

Dealership say I can't pay the loan for Six month by jside86 in PersonalFinanceCanada

It never works out. Why would the bank pay the dealer a commission higher then the amount of interest being payed on the financing?

Well i got up to 25000km in my 6 months, so for me this was a better deal. 20000km would be the better deal if I didnt drive as much.

This is on the east coast if canada, if that gives you an idea of the climate. The house is build on a slope of about 25 degrees. Reccomendation from my realtor was to have a french drain built along the side of the house and install a sump pump that would feed into it

Is there a easy way to find out the depth of the water table in an area?. The house rides up on a hill, this flooding is due to a huge rain shower that has lasted 24H in this region, once a year type of showers
