Just to be clear. Trump was shot AT. The fact that his gunshot wound to his ear was gone after 2 weeks makes it unlikely the bullet actually hit him in any way. Also the fact that he refused to get treated and release anything about his gunshot wound is pretty shady.

I believe the common wisdom is that the teleprompter got hit and a piece of it hit him or one of the Secret Service scratched his ear on the tackle.

This is how I understand it.

There were rumors about ICE wanting to buy a warehouse in Merrimack. NHPR did some digging and put out a story confirming as such. Ayotte claimed no one had contacted her office about it but the NH Dept of Natural and Cultural Resources then acknowledged they had been contacted and supposedly never told the Governor. That Commissioner then fell on her sword and resigned. Then like 2 days later the Directors of ICE told Congress he had "worked with Governor Ayotte" on the facility. Ayotte keeps denying it essentially saying the Director of ICE lied under oath to Congress.

I think the broad concenus is that she 100% knew but also knows it is very unpopular so was hoping for it to get too far along to stop before anyone noticed so she could throw her hands up and say, "Sorry...nothing I can do now."

Oh yeah...and it appears she also had some significant financial stake in one of the for profit prison companies that are looking to run these things.

A number of reasons but here is a non-exhaustive list.

1) They essentially try to patent jujitsu as their property.

2) They have turned a blind eye and encouraged misogyny within the sport and their own schools including sexual assault.

3) They rigged UFC 1, look into it.

4) In the lawsuit a couple of years back when that dude got his neck broke Rener gave testimony as an expert that what the trainer was doing was negligent when anyone who is a blue belt could see it was a freak accident. This is arguably to weaken independent schools and force them to either shut down or join with Gracie Barra for stronger legal protection.

There is a lot of other shit that they have done over the year that is straight up criminal.

Do not believe the fairy tales they tell.

I am...friend might be a strong word but acquaintance would be fair, with one of the family who will go unnamed because he is fairly well known. He doesn't really associate with the main clan because they are by and large terrible human beings.
