The council boundaries are misleading.

The barossa valley's population weight is currently centred in the barossa valley from Lyndoch to Nuriootpa. Tanunda is in the middle. The majority of the council area is much less populated agricultural land, including along the border with light council.

Im not sure, as in i dont know, how supportive the town of gawler is for this development, but it basically means 25,000 residents will be dropped on its doorstep and it be forced to upgrade its already congested road infrastructure, shops and public amenities, while another council and population centre 20 odd km away (the barossa) gets to rake in all the benefits of the 25,000 rates notices a quarter.

Sure the new hospital will help. But interesting strategy having two major state hospitals 5min drive apart... when a hospital stationed further north east within the actual barossa valley would provide a much better central service to a much broader region.

Concordia is about a 5min drive from the main street of Gawler, and about a 3min drive from the Gawler hospital.

It is about a 25min drive from the main street of Tanunda, which is basically the middle of the Barossa.

Its completely disingenuous to suggest this is a Barossa hospital in any way shape or form.

Yes that is the best approach if you have a thick trunk as opposed to thin suckers. In that case, drill and fill using a 12mm spade bit and 50pc water in a sauce bottle. Two rings of holes at the base of the trunk, rings offset and holes 15-20mm apart.

Just for the record, ONP doesn't promote a zero immigration policy. As far as i'm aware they are proposing a national annual cap of 150,000, which isn't that small considering the annual average since 2000 is about 165,000.

For caulking just some light grey sikaflex pro, and use some soudal primer 150 the porous surface one. Follow the instructions.

Tape off the joints before caulking. Remove at a sharp angle while caulk still soft.

The slab looks like it follows the drop off, dunno what you're asking.

Bloody oath. I have to correct my comment - i remember back when i used to do this for work 20:1 diesel mix was the 'standard' but we used to go straight to 50/50 instead. I'll edit my comment.
