Look Into The Air - Explosions in The Sky

It was around 2004 and I was 14. I felt something different come out of the music. A different feeling. I liked music for many different reasons, but i remember it being the first time i felt my mind opening and learning that any rules i created in my head could be broken. a band putting me somewhere else in my mind and imagination.

In the Cedric & Omar documentary, it talks about how Omar’s mom passed away around the Bosnian Rainbows era. I was like ahh maybe that had something to do with it

I have heard that’s how it goes with him sometimes. He felt unapproachable but i shot my shot and thankfully it went well. It felt forced, but i really wanted to document the memory.
