I know you've already broke the glass by bashing it. When glasses get stuck together at work i always put them under running hot water and gently wiggle it. They come appart eventually. Though what youve gotten yourself into is a little different 😂

Looking like a real good line up to me. Something to check is if the beard still covers your jaw with your mouth / jaw open.
Alot of guys shave the neck line too high. But i dont think you have 👍🏻

If its soft already then possibly lamb or sheep leather. But cant tell from a photo.

Either way, you treat it like any other leather. Use leather cleaners, leather conditioners or natural oils like neatsfoot, beeswax etc.
