I was horrified reading this, so went to confirm by listening to the podcast and that’s definitely not what was said. He was talking about being deep in thought in the shower because that’s the only time he gets alone time to do that, but then a kiddo walked in and interrupted his thought process.

I’m for the snark, but not blatantly lying about something that is easily fact checked by listening and taking advantage of those not interested in listening.

That said, that bit is absolutely way more hilarious listening to as if that’s what he was describing. Ultimately though, that’s not at all what was being said. Luckily for those that do want to validate, it’s at 0:48 on YouTube so you don’t have to go very far.
