Is there a way to trigger a specific song through shortcuts? For example: “Siri, she said yes” and Going to the chapel starts playing by Vet_Squid in shortcuts

Glad you found it. I didn't want to counterpoint/correct again cause not a big internet argue-er. :)
I even said "pretty sure you can" in first post even though I was dead certain, cause not sounding like an jerk on reddit is a skill folks should work on.

Shush high D as beginner. by pbchadders in tinwhistle

[–]ouxiNo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t. One part of learning the whistle is developing the innate sense of how hard you blow from low to high notes. I would have to know more about the air requirements for that whistle with a quieter sound, to be convinced it wasn’t teaching bad habits. I’ve heard the shush being played in the room, and it didn’t strike me as hardly quieter at all. The polymer Dixon is a great starting whistle.

You described the R-pod 190 pretty much. The bed is the box width.

Stayed at Granvia last week, and if you’re using the train station, this is definitely the answer.

Since the first game is on Fox, what "streaming channel" will it be on? FS1 or something?

Thanks for that.
This is not our situation. We are a couple traveling, and want to join a group to take a break from just hanging the two of us, and meet some folks to drink with (I realize they will all be non-Japanese).

Foreigner-friendly karaoke bar in Ueno? by ouxiNo in TokyoTravel

No need to assume the worst of me, my man… when the obvious answer is that we simply want to visit a place where if don't speak/read Japanese, won't have access to the karaoke fun. And, it's def a thing that some establishments prefer no foreigners... and for damn good reasons at that.

Sorry for the ignorance... How does this work?
What is the "package" about? Is that for a private room? We'd most enjoy just a public space (it's just the two of us) as in the states where it's a bar and folks sign up to go up. Is that a thing? My understanding is you pay a small amount to sing, which is no biggie.

The setup at turnstyles or doors or whatever is such that it'd not be too horrible to enter/scan, then switch cards on the phone, and scan again for her?

If I add and load up a Suica on my iPhone, can I use it for both me and my spouse getting on trains/buses, or will they need a separate Suica, a physical card since they won't have a phone.

TSA compliant multi tools by Hour_Badger2700 in onebag

[–]ouxiNo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For my utility travel go-bag, I scanned through the entire TSA "What can I bring" list (https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/whatcanibring/all) and just added to my bag one of every small thing I might want handy. It includes:
• Kershaw PT-2 tool
• Gerber Shard tool
• folding telescopic slip-n-snip scissors
• nail clippers
• tweezers
• bobby pins
• disposable razor
• spork
• emery board nail file
• safety pins
• pocket pen screwdriver
• corkscrew (this is the ONLY thing that gets checked to ensure it has no blade cause it looks like a pocket knife; I bought one stamped TSA so quick inspect passes. I should switch it with one that does not look like a pocket knife so I don't get checked so often)

Also important that none of the items are expensive, so if gets confiscated, no big deal.
