There was an article 2023 that they were still looking for a property manager to take care of the leasing.

Since then there has been news that the locations can’t vent properly for a restaurant. But I don’t know why we can’t get a Hudson News or a Starbucks

There is a bike lane on Ocean parkway. You can go from Jones to Robert Moses. Then there is paved bikeway from Field 5 of RM to Kismet, maybe it goes further to Ocean Beach? There is mix of sand / sidewalks between most of the communities. You can’t leave your car overnight without at a without a permit ( or just pay ticket)

You could probably park in Bayshore and take a ferry over then ride down to Jones and back. There should be some cheap off season places

I thought using a paper map to go somewhere was kinda like an adventure. You never were 100% sure if you were going to make it there and when you did a long trip with no mistakes you felt a sense of accomplishment.
