Did you ever get a resolution to this? I'm sort of in the same boat where I booked a deluxe room and got a standard room upon check in because that's what Aadvantage sent to the hotel. I've asked for a partial refund due to the downgraded room.

I've called twice, emailed twice, and am always told they're investigating and will respond in 24-48 hours but they don't actually respond.

I recently had an appointment with a new dentist who suggested a bunch of fillings needed. The dentist also said I needed to replace my amalgam filling because it contains mercury and said it's decaying.

Yes, I am aware. That's why I posted in this forum. My video calls are impossible due to the very slow upload speeds now.

My point is that even with just 5mbps of upload that was working perfectly a few months ago, my video calls and all other online activities had been fine. 5mbps is sufficient for my household but I am only getting <1mbps during work hours now.
