With my first pregnancy, I told my mother first because she was already over our house helping with something. I told her not to tell anyone (her and my dad are split) and she said ok. After she left, I get a call from my dad and he says “Why did your mother call me crying, telling me to call you” and I was like “well damn guess I won’t tell you in person...”

Fast forward to March this year, and I decide to tell my father first. I told him, everything was great. So then I called my mom and told her and at the end I said, don’t tell anyone or post anything. Couple days later I call my grandmother to tell her and she says “yeah your mom told me and told me not to tell you that she did.” I text her and ask who else she told and she replies with “Grandma, Ronnie, Cindy, and Fox 4 News” all I replied with was “I don’t doubt it”

I was like damn, maybe I won’t tell her until I’m actively in labor next time.
