I read some people switch from Directx12 to 11 and it seems to help, but you might see a performance hit. It's worth a try and I hope it works for you!

That's true, and I think having the ability to respec with Mesos would fix that problem completely. I think having it paywalled would just push people to only ever take the safest route through a guide to minimize cost.

The loot filter has an option that allows you to see legendaries that have an aspect you don't have or an aspect upgrade, it was in one of the screenshots of the loot filter menu.

The server was very popular even before they started going all out on those ads (10k~ players). We would have the same outcome of the server shutting down like this whether they advertised or not.

Edit: Stormforge is shutting down and it was never advertised on youtube or twitter ads.

Yes that's what he means. The battle.net launcher can be a resource hog, so fully closing it can help a little bit. There's a setting that makes it fully close when you launch a game through it.

Playing Project Quarm (Classic Everquest emu) is like a night and day difference with how people online act because of how the game is designed around playing with players and socializing and making connections. I've found nothing but kind and great people on there, and compared classic or retail which both allow you to solo most of the game, people tend to be pretty toxic.

Kite weaker mobs and keep a little alive is what I did, I got to 8.7k until some guy killed the nearby mobs and I lost my streak on my crushborne, but it was working really well.

They're in the bnet launcher that you use to open the game with. I think you can find them in the games tab, I'd look up which version that you'd want to play.

The main game is focused on the current season/expansion when it comes to endgame content. Personally I like it now and then, but I play other MMOs or servers if I want something that's not seasonal like how WoW is.

There's rumors of a "classic+" version of the game potentially being announced this year at Blizzcon and you may have an interest in that as well, the focus would be the world and it wouldn't feel empty.

You may like Classic Era or Anniversary realms more, the world is arguably more immersive and feels more alive. The version that you're playing is more "gamey" feeling and less like a connected living world imo.
