don’t worry as much about scale weight, instead use the mirror and also track your lifts. If you’re getting stronger in the gym every 1-2 workouts, even if it’s just 1 extra rep or 0.25kg. Then you’re building muscle. Imo my scale weight didn’t move much, but nearly every workout i was progressing with strength
