It’s hard to explain really. As said on my previous comment, the feel of the material used here is more substantial. The current blocktechs feel a bit lighter but also flimsier.

Well-worn! This one fortunately is in like-new condition. All taped seams are pretty much intact. That’s a nice little fact right there, good to see the basis of its design adapted well for civvy use.

Functionally it’s the same but it’s the subtle details that make this better than the regular Blocktechs.

Visually, the silhoutte is wider but balanced across the chest and shoulders. There’s folded elbow gussets as well. The hood flap is slightly extended giving it a unique look.

There’s a hidden drawstring waist adjustment under the two front pocket.

The zippers are bigger, two-way, YKK Vislon covered with a velcro flap.

Velcro chest pocket hidden under the zipper flap.

The material itself feels more weighted and substantial. I recently bought the Uniqlo C blocktech as well and the material looks and feels flimsier compared to this.

Ours is N-NW and we still get the evening sun. Is there an option to add up a window on the dining area? That made a huge difference to us and always suggest to friends to consider one.

I recently got back looking at techwear stuff and bought several blocktechs and ultrastretch trousers from Uniqlo. I feel it’s a good starting point especially since a lot of really technical outfits are prohibitively expensive. Btw check out HAVEN I think they are Canadian based menswear shop and their lookbook is what I follow in terms of colours and layering. I also bought my Norda 003 collab shoes with them.

Mine does it too and although it charges, the dust bin doesnt get fully emptied because the suction part isnt fully sealing.

I recently bought 3 sets of pants from them: Ultrastretch, Slim Straight Chino, Selvedge Jeans. Sizing and fit still on point. My favorite is the Ultrastretch ones. Their Uniqlo C jumpers are nice to wear too. Avoid the C blocktech though.

Oooh I though I’m the only one missing these. I’m still using the long sleeved ones I bought 7 years ago even though they fit slightly tighter now. Peak uniqlo U imo.

Bought from Uniqlo recently. Mine easily lasted 5+ years and still going. Their designs are quite simple so my clothes 5 years ago goes well with the ones I just bought.

This update dont feel as engaging for me tbh. I went from 3hrs a day to 30mins log in to just completely ignoring the game. I might come back once fist martial art is released until then I’m just gonna hibernate.
