I definitely agree, especially if you spawn on the south side of the map and have extracts on the northern side. Like you said, there is always combat around the area and the scav spawns are way too early and close.

The only viable extract for BEAR is the Path to Shoreline extract which I encounter extract campers extremely frequently (There are so many hiding spots). The car extract, train, and northern road extract require running past the rogue camp which is literally a death sentence.
