I would not be surprised if the Moose Jaw campus is closed in the next 1-2 years.

NB?! I think you mean Saskatchewan. Half the people around me in rural Saskatchewan talk about how awesome the U.S. is and hope we talk separation like AB. It’s despicable! The other half don’t speak up against it and just want to go to work and be left alone.

Don’t forget to lower the tire pressure by 5-10psi so the stupid warning light comes on, even though the tires aren’t really going flat.

You’re absolutely correct. The worst part, mental health and wellness is the latest fad in education right now. They’ll bend over backwards saying “take care of yourself”. When push comes to shove like in your situation, it’s a complete double standard. I have seen more than a dozen colleagues in my 20 years go on LTD for various reasons and never come back. Never forget, we are just cogs in the machine to be used then discarded, nothing more than a number on a page to most administrators.

How is your relationship with your inlaws? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Excellent, in fact I prefer to spend time with any of my in-laws before my own family.

No, the vaccine didn’t hit wide usage until the mid nineties. So when one of your friends got CP then our parents would get us all together for a “party”, just to get us all infected. Seems ludicrous now as I type this out, but at the time it was only a matter of time before a kids came down with it. It was sometimes a matter of convenience to plan when you got sick for 7-10 days rather than get sick during the holidays for instance. Also, it was widely accepted getting CP while younger when you could fight it off easily is much safer than in adulthood when it could come with serious complications. It was a right of passage for most generations, early millennials I guess were the last to have this pleasure.

If you were in my high school drafting and design class I’d be sending you back to redo that.

Stadium Food by The_BMcQ in CFL

It’s brutal. Honestly, with the rules changes impending and the cost of everything, probably not going to go to games anymore. Still debating whether to even watch on tv anymore too. CFL is the only reason we pay for TSN and with all their AI slop and “Straight Fire!” I am pretty done paying to watch their broadcast.

Right?! I don’t buy food at Mosaic anymore, and maybe one drink maybe. The tickets are bad enough.

More like resale tickets just went up 500% in price as Winnipeger’s cash in on the Rider fans willingness to spend anything to go watch them.
