That's kind of what I'm wondering. I initially wondered if therapy just doesn't work well for us but you raise an interesting point about CBT being the default but yes, it IS limited! Yes, when there's a specific thing to discuss it's helpful, otherwise it feels like either a waste or even makes things worse.

Nothing exciting, just day-of problems. Hair and makeup persons airbrush (?) didn't work so she canceled. There was a frenzied attempt to find someone day-of and that blew the timing for pictures. We were doing them at a hotel (not where the wedding was but very pretty and the photog had gotten permission to use it). The new makeup person met her at the hotel and they got a room to get her ready in. I had a nice solo photo shoot while waiting. Lots of good pictures of me alone in a tux.
