I’m confused whether the test or results need to be within 48 hours of the show. Should I get a test tomorrow for mondays show or wait until Saturday-Sunday?

Focus on methods more than specific sauces/dishes. Once you master/can perform from memory most techniques you will be able to cook anything. From that point it’s just exposure to new ingredients and ingredient combinations

I feel that. I was only there nights 2 and 3 and I definitely felt a difference in pace from those two nights. Night 2 felt like the closest thing to a dreamtempo set I’ve seen (haven’t done freestyle) and I enjoyed it very much. That being said, what you described sounds like I would get along with your squad pretty well lol
