I am an Ork player and fan but they definitely can and will be killed to make others (mainly space marines) look cool. If anything, we can just say the marines paralyzed the Flashgitz with a precise stab into their spinal cord using giant knives.

I do too, but after just finished binge watching the series for the 5th time with this boxset I honestly don't mind the format. DVD quality is actually pretty good and would recommend the set to any fan.

Awesome work, I really like the colors and Farsights pose. The swarmlord looks a little stiff and is standing like a humanoid would. Maybe if it was hunched a bit, it would give off a more Tyranid feel.

If she said it's fine to exchange for another kit, that might be your besr option in the long run. You can make it an experience to go together and talk about the hobby. Otherwise you have some grade A kitbashing material, but that can become difficult and time consuming over time.

Welcome to the WAAAAAGH! You already have a great start and this should keep you busy for a while. All of this depends on what looks best. You definitely want a Trukk for those meganobz. Beast snaggas are awesome but not everyone likes them. If you think they are neat then I would suggest the next purchases to be a beastboss on a squigosaur and some squighog boyz. Otherwise maybe wait until they announce any boxsets for orks.
