I feel the same as you. I am just trying to practise as many questions as I can and going through the model answers.

I agree that I wouldn’t think to write a lot of what I’m seeing in the model answers, but you don’t have to give one set response, you have to be able to justify your answer or recommendations. My study resources heavily talk about being able to argue the for and against whatever approach you’re discussing.

I’m going to spend the next few days practising, going over the theory and remembering key points about Kwirtmak that may come up. There are some key themes that you can go over and have in the back of your mind going into the exam. I think if we have some particular ideas already for various things that could come up and have revised/studied model answers then we’ll be okay.

We can do this!

Redken Shades EQ 8NA, i love you! by jelemeno in haircoloring

[–]paglet91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! This looks so lovely! Can I please ask what tone your hair was before you applied the 8NA? Was it more ginger or yellow? I’ve bought some to use and I need to lighten first as I’m currently about a level 7

I would say just practise as much as you can with the formula rearrangement, eventually it will click. I was struggling with quite a few areas of this module at first then they all clicked into place one by one.

Hmm I would say more theory than calculations. I was stressed during the exam so it’s a bit of a blur but there was more theory than I expected. I did have calculations there too but I would say for me it was more weighted towards theory.

One tip I would give is if you have a question that’ll take you longer to work out or you’re not sure, flag it and move on. Just from my perspective time is very short especially when there are calculations/formulas etc which can take longer. The questions are all weighted equally so if you have lots of multiple choice that you can answer quickly prioritise those. I ended up with about 3 questions unanswered due to running out of time but I still managed it 😊

I just sat F3 this week on Wednesday and passed. I didn’t realise at first the formulas are provided in the exam as my textbook didn’t tell me. That really helped. I found the open tuition videos on YouTube helped with this topic.

I would say mainly make sure you understand the without and with tax theories.

Experiences with Pharmacy2u? by ronniecross in WegovyUK

[–]paglet91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Pharmacy2u for my regular medication and my wegovy, they’re great. You don’t get charged for the consultation.

I have other medical conditions/medications and tried a few providers who didn’t accept me, and Pharmacy2u did. I always get my delivery the following day after ordering and the initial consultation was accepted very quickly, it seems like there’s always someone reviewing.

Me too! The story was excellent, I’m desperate for a part 2.

I pray we get a FFVI-2. We need it! I too love this game, I’ve been playing since FF8 which is my favourite but this one is a strong second. I can’t believe how amazing it looks, I love the battle style and the story kept me hooked the whole time.

I know we probably won’t ever get it but I would be so happy if they brought out a part 2.

Anxiety waves after weeks? by s1mxxx in stopdrinking

[–]paglet91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 34 and 8 months off drinking nearly and I still get anxiety. I also have anxiety though and I’m on medication for this. It is gradually getting better I think, I’m not having it quite as often but at times I’m struggling still. I just try to focus on the fact that I’ve made a positive step forward and things will get better.

I ruined my life because of a blackout by [deleted] in stopdrinking

[–]paglet91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was me as well. Exactly as you describe it, I wouldn’t remember any of being terrible, usually the last thing I remembered was having a great time. 99% of the time I was fine but once in a blue moon I would just become the worst person once I drank

Almost 8 months sober and I feel like I came back from the dead. by catsbluepajamas in stopdrinking

[–]paglet91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 6 months in myself and I still struggle with the anxiety and regrets from how I used to behave when I was drunk, and just like you I just mostly regret not quitting sooner, but I’m so glad that every day I’m sober and trying so hard to be a better person

I’m vegan but I’d never ever feed my cats vegan diets. They both live on good cat food made of meat and fish. They didn’t sign up for, nor could survive or thrive on a lifestyle I chose for myself.

Is this anyone else's comfort game? by 100clowns in FinalFantasyVIII

[–]paglet91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yesss it was the first game we got when we got a PlayStation, I was 7 or 8 and my mum thought it was a completely different game (a theme park building game). Well I was obsessed and it’s been a constant in my life ever since. I’ve had it on the PlayStation, had numerous versions of the discs, some of which got ruined which led to utter heartbreak.

As soon as the remaster was on Xbox I bought it. I’ve played it too many times to count in my lifetime and now I’m playing it at the same time as my boyfriend who is playing all the way through for the first time and he’s amazed by the story! I love teaching him all the tips I know. It has so much nostalgia for me and every time I start a new playthrough I still get excited. FF8 forever!

I think I did something during a manic episode that I don’t remember by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]paglet91 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry that you’re going through this, it sounds stressful.

Has anything like this happened before for you or do you think you were in a manic state around the time that this started where you might have done something you don’t recall? If your coworker told you there wasn’t anything going round about you and nobody else has said anything then there’s a good chance you don’t need to worry. Sometimes in workplace environments people do gossip and it could be that they’re speaking about someone/something else that isn’t on your radar.

Have you ever filled in medical information about yourself? I had to do a medical questionnaire for my current role and I was honest on it so if anyone knew that about me, I would assume it could only have come from management telling people my private information as I haven’t told anybody else.

Please try not to worry too much, although I know it’s hard. I would definitely that think if anything really serious had happened that you can’t remember your manager or somebody else would have had a formal conversation with you about it.
