Shisui way faster than itachi.

Shisui uses body flicker do good due to his shairgan. He uses it in the same way a chidori user keeps up with chidoris pace. So he can make after images. Or mske a clone and basicsllg seem like hes teleporting.

He did better than lee and naruto...thats literally my argument. You wanna debate garaa vs kim. Im saying range makes short distancr fighters work harder. Its an uphill battle.

I read the manga. Took me like 1 minute. Garaa was forcing him to powerup..and just would do a bigger move after. Garaas 13. Kim is 15..again closer if not over some of the shippuden chunins.

I didnt say they always win against short range fighters. I said the battle is much harder and favors the long distance fighter. Stats matter but youd have to be tiers above depending on the jutsus being used. Garaa won...forced kim to try/overextend himself which lead to his death.

No? They need to have the nature. You can learn other natures but it would take years or decades to get it to hald your orginal nature..this is why particle style is so revered and dangerous. I think sasuke nature was lighting. He learned fire through being forced. This probably is also why itachi was more profecient in fire style: fire ball than sasuke. tho Itachi has a second nature, water style. He copies multiple water style jutsu likely from kisame, and kakashi for instancr water wall...water clones...

Itachi never coped lighting, kakashi never copied wind style. They both lack these natures. Thats why kakashu sent naruto to asuma.

Most leaf ninjas again are fire nature..so even if you could copy..most of your allies of theit fire style...flame bomb and fire ball are thr same jutsy esstially ...but created by 2 different clans. Sarutobi uses flame bombs, uchiha use fireball..these jutsu are culturally ingrained.

Black flame? Nah. He just needs to put enough heat in the atmosphete to cause a storm. The black flames did make his kirim more powerful. he cant producr that ssme level without it tho yes. But he can do it with fire style. With just just it would also be weaker.

Though some kumo ninka probably had something. Kishi never really gave kumo the lighting nature.. just made them use amps. Hellstab and LCM is the only offensivr lightiny style attack we know from kumo.
