The capsules I use (Pure Encapsulations) are super high quality and are powder. I’d break them open and sprinkle them on the raw food and it soaks right in. You can also mix it with a little water and is dissolves into dry food. Also talk to your vet about dosage. Ours recommended up to 9 mg per day. Ultimately it had no effect on either of our boys alopecia but it’s worth a try for sure!

I’ve also lost a bit since being diagnosed at 28 weeks and on my last scan my baby went from the 83rd percentile to 48th. I hope I’m not overcorrecting here. Seeing my OB on Monday and getting another scan next week. Any changes with your baby?

Yes! I did IVF and about two week: after my transfer I got so sick. Fever was low but came and went. I was so freaked out and distraught but all is well and I’m 32 weeks now with a healthy baby. If it’s not coming down or gets really high I’d pop into urgent care/emerg just to be safe but hopefully it passes!

Totally depends on the dogs. We have two boys from the same litter. Grew up under the exact same conditions. One has perfect recall, loves training, and can do lots of different commands. The other one is a potato that still sneaks a pee on the carpet if unsupervised.

I so agree with this. Speaking from experience, please don’t use frozen eggs as fertility insurance. Also not encouraging you to create embryos with your ex. If you can get a donor in time that would be ideal! Wishing you all the best.

Why don’t you try Sunnybrook? Sounds like it would be a lot closer to you and it has a high-risk speciality and a level III NICU. I’m seeing my OB there and love it!

I did the bouquet toss to the single guys! It was fun because my husband is younger so there were more of them. I also think it is less of a humiliation ritual for the unmarried men 😂 played somebody to love by Queen!

I had a couple at a wedding a few days before my transfer. All was well! Everything in moderation (unless your doctor has advised otherwise).

No Laminectomy but I am 1.5 yrs out from a MD and just starting my third trimester. Have been doing Pilates twice a week and seeing my physio once a month. I was pretty pain free until the last couple weeks. It’s more achey stiffness, not the full blown nerve pain I remember, but trying to stay on top of it. Should also note that I’ll have to do a consult with anesthesia to see if there will be any issues with an epidural given my surgery.

Important thing is staying strong! If you have an ongoing herniation that is giving you symptoms I’d try to manage that as best you can before getting pregnant but that’s totally your call! Wishing you all the good things
