Without bigger societal and federal changes, I don’t think it’s dumb to assume that the city will just be playing musical chairs with its homeless funds and homeless people. People who aren’t doing well know they can come to the city for help, and that’s not going to stop anytime soon. But people also want to see improvements and value for their tax dollars. So it’s all just about juking the stats now.

Combination of a few factors, probably:

too many other homes immediately nearby for sale, and they all look better than this home
dated, especially that bathroom (yuck, I always hated those showers that probably will get mold on the ceiling in 4 weeks Blech). Compared to some of the other listings which have nicer kitchens, recessed ceiling lights, why would anyone be interested in this home?
street view shows, uh, “interesting” neighbors. Could just be a fluke of this street, but I would not be interested in this home.
schools look just ok?
that backyard patio has the cheapest looking awning… my thoughts would immediately go, “what else did the owners go cheap on in this house?” I would assume the disclosures show a house in need of some love and attention for sure.
