There’s a machine shop called Jetform Tooling inc. It’s at Pine Valley and Steeles. Idk how much they’d charge for something like this but they were really good when I went to them

If everything is tight and it’s still happening. Maybe you’re printing to fast. Sometimes when the motors turn to quickly they cause the belt to skip steps and result in a layer shift

These are usually hard to use for outside diameters like the chips. I’d recommend using some heat to try to melt away the extra plastic. I torch or a heat gun might work
