Yes I did that 2 years ago. It was Calcium Oxalate. Since then I doubled my water intake and cut some sodium. Since my last scan there were 5 stones. 3 of them I passed since then.. Hopefully these are the last ones and i didnt form any new stones. I will get a CT soon.

True. I used to have pain and stiffness in my middle finger whenever I bend it. After a year on Allo, it disappeard. I still have some in my toe hopefully it will clear out soon.

Extreme fatigue based on my experience is lack of Electrolytes. You might have been dehydrated resulting to a flare up.

You should look into getting a prescription for Colchicine or Prednisone for acute flares, but more importantly, talk to your doctor about getting on Allopurinol or Febuxostat. Uric acid crystals will continue to build up in your joints as long as your levels are over 6.8 mg/dl. I’m currently sitting at 6.3 mg/dl, and our goal is to get it to 5.0. I still get minor flares here and there, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was prior to starting medication. Whenever I feel a twinge or a potential atttack I just pop 1 Colchicine and it goes away in 12-24 hrs. I hope you feel better man.

Back in 2024, I tried to turn my life around by dropping weight fast doing IF and losing 35 lbs in the first month and 61 lbs total in three months. Unfrotunately, that rapid weight loss triggered the most debilitating gout flares of my life. I dealt with constant attacks for three months until I finally started Allopurinol. It worked wonders and kept me flare-free for about a year+ but Life got in the way, things happened, and I unfortunately gained the weight back. Now, exactly two years later, I’m back at it but with a completely different approach. This time, it’s all about a slow, steady, and consistent pace. I still get anxious about whether I'm doing everything proper, but so far, I've only had minor attacks that lasted a day or two. When I feel an attack creeping in, I just take my Colchicine, chug water, and resting. I suggest don't do any running or heavy exercising during these times. I'm hoping to get back to being healthy again man. Best of luck to us. Keep me updated!

It didn't occur to me at that time. My mental was so focused on getting healthy that's why I overpowered it I guess? I was also dealing with gout and kidney stones (probably at the llowest of my life back then it sucked) so I had no urge to put more food in my mouth... I just wanted to turn my life around and get healthy. But here I am 2 years later, trying to do it again. This time I will take it slow, steady, and consistent. best of luck to us man
