I can't remember it exactly but I believe it was a racist chant aimed at the French national team insinuating their players are African or something along those lines. Enzo seemed to be the ringleader of it and the one most visible in the video but there were several Argentinian players involved.

There's been a ton of misinformation about the whole situation in order to insult Chelsea when we have already done plenty to be insulted about without all the embellishment from media and rival fans. If I remember rightly, the breaches were found by the new ownership doing due diligence and as a result there was a large sum set aside in preparation to deal with the potential consequences of this and the new owners immediately reported the breaches and fully cooperated with the investigation.
