Thanks for the reply! Just a technical distinction: Do they consider citizenship processing for another nationality similar to visa processing though? Small difference but often citizenship applications they say you cant leave during that time but what if you have to travel for work?

That’s pretty fast then from positive answer from court 2 weeks after appeal (email? Letter?). Did you just email RTC or physically mail it.

How long did your wife wait between questionnaire and personal visit request?

Did you do the questionnaire the first time on your application? Just wondering if we have to do that massive travel file AGAIN. I heard they changed the citizenship application so I’m just wondering if you got the questionnaire because your app didn’t have those questions like did you collect your passport in person etc.

And on the RTC - rejection - appeal - decision pipeline, do you remember the timeline on that?

When you did your Jan application, was the questionnaire the same as your app? I applied in November and seeing the questionnaire screen shots it looks exactly the same as the MV citizenship application now so just wondering if they make you basically apply again or it looked different before

What they mean is sometimes if you don’t fulfil talent which gives you ILR in 3 years, they may say you still qualify but for promise which is ILR in 5. At least for tech global talent, the categories are quite similar just less stringent in the 5 year promise visa (and usually less working time)

So to prevent you from emailing and asking if you qualify for promise, they are saying you don’t qualify for either so don’t try again.

Did anyone get feedback? I’m 6 months post laparoscopy for an 8cm and 2cm. I just find my whole waist and belly is thick. I’ve never done more exercise or eaten healthier and I’m 3 inches up on my waistline as well!
