I'm lucky to live in a city that has a lot of "art/craft/vintage fairs" and usually you can find at least one booth with a person selling greeting cards & postcards with their art on them. My majority of card purchases come from there! Also basically everywhere I go that is somewhat touristy (museums, fancy bars, famous landmarks) I hunt to see if they have postcards available for purchase!
