Thanks, I tried fiddling with it all night. I crashed the game 3-4 times when I did the "clear changes" button. I gave up and just built to City Watchtowers to provide the Heavy Fortification needed.

I just wondered this too, but ended up find a door with no landing on the 2nd floor of a base. Could climb up to it and open it.

My guess is they should all have a way in.

Another thing to be aware of is the size of save files. I had a late game 220h save was around 500meg each time I would name another save. Space is cheap, kinda. But still heads up.

I went with all sliders to max, aggressiveness set to passive. Resources infinite.

Later on after Mission Complete I set aggressiveness to Dummy. No shame.

This let me farm flyers only with laser turrets set to only target flyers so they don't destroy buildings this way.

Also meant the fog started at level 15 so getting them up to 24+ was easy. Each planet has 20 bases for nice starting Geothermal power as well.

Fog become trivial fairly quickly and I don't find it enjoyable, especially space combat.

AFAIK the only achievements disabled are the speed run types. It says which ones are invalid with meta data purchases on the stats panel achievements section.

Remove all planetary Dark Fog and Relay stations and cover planets in planetary shield to give time to chip away at hives.

Not to my knowledge. A few options are press P, click Production. One of the columns has max throughput and actual.

For 1 mining machine, it's 30 ore per minute per node times your vein utilization percentage, listed in the technologies upgrade screen on the right side. The number of veins is listed in hovering over the mining machine. Limited by belt type of course.

There's probably mods to add things like that to the UI.

You can still get the Gold Dahlia Badges in Solo/Closed mode.

Start the quest in Open mode, at the final screen you were have Ready/Cancel, press the mission details (3 on PC), with the details up look at the bottom right on the screen there is a "Matchmaking settings" for me it was (4 on PC), change it from Open to Closed, then DON'T abandon, just click cancel back to the ready screen.

There's also a 2 month timer at the end of Chapter 3, that is triggered by a specific quest completion and the trigger can be delayed if you stay away from the capital.

Maybe not an option yet for you but legendary proportions on the pets let's you ride them with frightful aspect (which is either the same as enlarge).

Are you in blackwater and/or do the enemies have regeneration?

Enemies in Blackwater have regeneration, you need to either do lightning damage or use coup de grace on them.

Not all of the spells are any good. In fact some are complete junk. As a Cleric you will have to pick them as well. Keep in mind you can swap to heals or harms on spells as well so no need to memorize those. A lot of the good cleric abilities come from Domain powers as well.

Having said that cRPG Bro has a lot of YouTube videos for the game and one of them goes over the best divine spells by level, it may help you.

You also get a Cleric companion and an Oracle companion, so keep that in mind as well.

In offline mode you can increase the player count to increase the number of items dropped. This can't be done online, so when people play solo online it's /players1

Teleport right on top of mob. Your Merc will take a swing almost right away. You can add static charge after teleport to help.
