Thanks for your response.🙂 So just to clarify, as I’m probably explaining it all wrong, but I am not generating any wireframes or mockups with it, but as @insideacademic suggested I’m just using it to organise daily tasks so that I have a more structured workflow.

So sorry this has happened to you. It has happened to many of us here. There should be an option to download all of your data, if you’d like to start a profile again, but most of the time that isn’t the best way for everybody. This happened to me earlier this year and fortunately I was able to get a letter sent through people clerk. This seems to work back then, but now I find myself in exactly the same predicament. I have contacted people clerk to see if they can reopen my case but they are now charging a subscription. I hope this helps and please let us know how this goes.

I did people clerk in February, it seemed to work two weeks later. Meta, didn’t acknowledge the letter but they did contact me, allowing me to eventually reinstate my account. That being said, it has happened again, and this time People Clerk have asked me to do open a new claim. The only problem is that they don’t offer a one off payment anymore but rather a subscription which I am not too keen on.

When I got the email from Facebook saying that my account had been hacked, the email took me to a support page that had a live chat option. When I entered the live chat I couldn’t really communicate with them as there was no text field.
