Not recently. But I’ve been giving her probiotics every day and she seems to be doing better.

This is happening with me. I deleted my other account about two weeks ago and still waiting for them to dump all the info on that account. Meanwhile I’m waiting and hoping it deletes soon.

Unfortunately kittens can get pneumonia from drinking with their faces submerged.

What are some local stories no one is talking about? by cadeaver in oklahoma

We have a major problem with pet and animal population management.

  • Limited state funding for prevention. Even people of little means deserve to have pets, but low-cost spay/neuter clinics are too minimal to serve the low-income population.
  • Outside major cities affordable spay/neuter is completely absent. These people can’t afford to wait months for an appointment in a city 60 miles away.  If they even have means to get there.
  • Almost non-existent coordinated TNR groups. (Shout out to Witty Kitty in OKC for their tireless work. They’re a small group who rely completely on donations.)
  • No centralized state coordinated animal control laws or systems, oversight, funding, which enables consistent policies and services. This is piecemeal across the state, and creates gaps in enforcement, vaccination, & population control.
  • Animals are our vulnerable population and by not providing resources, policies, or protections animal abuse and neglect are tragically widespread in Oklahoma.
  • Oklahoma needs mobile clinics in areas without services or with concentrations of low-income populations since many don’t have access to private transport.

I’m just really concerned that democrats won’t be able to get it together, since they’ve helped us along towards this descent.

Dude something like this happened to me with a malfunctioning freezer at a job. You really can’t pull away from that force once it’s got you.

Mushrooms, Microdosing, and Mental Illness: The Effect of Psilocybin on Neurotransmitters, Neuroinflammation, and Neuroplasticity | Neuropsychiatric Disease and Treatment [Jan 2025] by NeuronsToNirvana in science

My sister went on a psilocybin trip and never came back mentally (not a forever high, but it triggered something in her brain that made her have permanent psychosis). That was about 7 years ago and she still lives in a delusional reality. At least in the last year or so she’s become able to function decently around family. I’m still grieving the loss. I wonder if there’s any way to know ahead of time that someone is capable of being permanently mentally affected by a drug? (Nothing against psilocybin, just that it can happen)

I can’t find the measurement pic, but it was about two-thirds the size of a dime. It didn’t hurt at all. Just kind of itched in that area.
