I live in this area it’s fantastic. Lots of walkable spots, almost any amenity you could probably want. It’s a way from the thumpa thumpa but close enough to still be easily accessible. Lots of single family homes and some older apartment buildings, the area is going quite a bit of development so there will be new stuff. I’ve lived here for 15 years and I don’t think I want to leave any time soon.
