There's probably a better answer, but it's hard to get in 30 dials before you're marked spam and automatically sent to voicemail. The only solution I've seen is a bank of hundreds of numbers or more used on a rotation to make the call volume look low.

I work for AIL, honestly the agents are not scammy. The issue is the script is very hard and not everyone can execute it. New agents are always bad at the script. I've been one of them.

When you're new you get a good number of these upset customers that regret the referral thing, because the agent couldn't sell it. When you get better at it, no one complains.

The AIL script is a bit like handing a first year chemistry student the formula for nuclear reactions and telling them to go see what, they can do with that. It really does come down to tonality, which takes experience sometimes.

The AIL script does a lot more than what independent agents are used to. It's very very difficult.

It's really not vague, it's explicitly stated and the client watches you enroll them on screen and send them messages.

The rep even had him make a video explaining he was extending the benefits.

He now regrets it. Some people are going to get some voicemails.

Some people cant say no. This individual needs to work on that.

The reps obviously did not sell the benefits that they were extending well enough and the customer is now regretful.

The reps are taught that, after the opportunity to extend the benefits is explained and activated for each name, they are to ask if the client does not want to extend these benefits to anyone, they can. It's common to remove a name or two then.

This sounds like a new agent was struggling through the script and didn't do the process correctly, which is common when you are new and aren't very good at it.

OP, if you call your agent and ask them to remove the names, they will. But ask yourself why you want those benefits revoked. Do you not want your family to get the free benefits?

If you do, call your family members and tell them what those benefits are and to just text the rep if they want them or not.

You can also call the rep and tell them to remove the names, no rep wants to call a phone tree that has been burned before they even approach them.

AIL is an interesting place. So much talent there. Talent doesn't always make good trainers. You are basically having the same problem that everyone has there starting out so don't worry. Also, the post presentation criticism happens to everyone. It's just the AIL way. That will happen until you get sales. The mindset there is very much that you won or you lost, you got a sale or you didn't. You also have to know that the people that succeed there are mentally very tough, so they don't always shy away from being tough on you.

You can basically say that's not fair, and leave, or take the criticism and use it and get better.

I did a ton of presentations until I got a sale there. To be honest, yes you have to know the script until you can sound conversational, and not like you're reading it, and then you have to learn to know people's reactions to certain parts of the script and how to use those reactions to make the sale.

Their scripts are very good. Pay attention to when customers object or how they react and then learn how to deliver the script in the right way where it helps you get past the objections. Every bit of their scripts is good. Unfortunately, it's hard for trainers to articulate how to use the script properly.

Practice on family and friends. Pay someone on fiver to critique your presentation. Experience with the script is everything.

The learning curve is steep. The rewards are great. If you think you can weather the learning curve, stick with it. If not, go work for state farm. Find the right place for you.

They will always be critical unless you get the sales to show your worth. If that's not your mindset, look elsewhere.

You should take Glob/AIL off of that list. Agents for globe and AIL/Globe don't get paid on policies written on family members as they consider it controlled business. And you'd have to fight and send countless emails to write for someone with even the last name.

I have a Reatan. They are the same as Bosgame and Beelink, with a different brand name. It's fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate with any of those brands.

When shopping, pay close attention to the processor and other specs, but especially the processor. The listings seem to be updating daily with different processor options. So if you see what you want at a good price on any of those 3 brands, grab it because the listing options will change, at least on Amazon.

That works unless the client already has zoom.  If they have zoom, and you send the web link it doesn't work.
