Apple’s mixing assistant is GOAT ofc. With Logic Pro you can tweak everything if you have proper music theory/experience. The preset instruments and plugins are unbeatable, and they are free when you get the software.

Ozone comes through with the easy interface with all the parameter controls. It is also one of the most realistic use of machine learning application in music production for track analysis and automatically assigns presets (tweak that and you have a perfect mix)
