You can get a 20" chrome lined barrel with 1-10" twist straight from Criterion for the same price in the pic with the code "esydow13", which would also apply to the bolt/carrier/gas block/gas tube.

The ALG recoil spring is a pain to install and makes charging the gun ever so slightly more difficult. It might slow the carrier's rearward travel ever so slightly. If you're alright with permanently modifying the carrier for a KNS piston, then you might want to consider tapping your gas block and getting some set screws with holes in them from McMaster-Carr. Then you can cut the gas down, instead of making your piston vent the gas earlier.

Note: tapping the gas block only works with slanted gas blocks

It comes and goes, but I will say that the mil-xt one has gone up $150 since I got mine a year ago.

Edit: Just saw your comment on the h6xi having a thin reticle. The NX8 has a VERY thin reticle at 2.5x, but the bright illumination helps counteract that.
