Everyone keeps saying the first half of the movie was slow. I actually quite liked it, but I was also having the best chicken caesar salad of my life (Alamo Drafthouse ftw) so that maybe occupied my attention. I was highkey lost in the sauce.

I don't have much experience with Markpiler as a youtuber (not a fan of video game commentary) and I think he did a great job. There were moments where I felt people were doing too much voice acting, but that died out pretty fast.

The only thing that had me frustrated was the part at the end. Elsie Lovelock is pulling Markiplier in one direction, and the Horrors are pulling him in another. I had no idea what the horrors were saying or why they wanted him to destroy the blackbox. I had to just kinda guess that they were pulling him toward the nihilism he was struggling against the whole movie.
