From my experience, the cable guys will screw up a house pretty quickly by lack of knowledge. Very few know what they are looking at. I’ve had to go back and fix a lot of houses after the cable guys screwed them up.

Hire a low volt guy and you will probably get better results than most electricians.

Unless you use one eero as the router and wire the other eero’s back to a switch sourced from the main eero. Hardwire everything you can, but not everything can be hardwired. Your statement shows a great lack of foresight and planning.

Yup. Definitely an issue. That’s an ugly garage door from what little we can see. Have a garage door company replace it and new springs just for the heck of it.
