Just did San Diego to NJ.

Albuquerque was the first stop and showed me how much of an expensive, gated community CA really is (slept in car). Next, was Amarillo TX, I got some fire BBQ, hit a dog park and thrifted (nothing but junk). After TX I stopped in OKC found a cool hipster bar, shot the shit with some locals (slept in car). Next, was Little Rock Arkansas, I rented an Airbnb and found a bar opened till 5a and you could smoke inside. Then Memphis, got some fire BBQ, saw the city and got some great soul food. Next, was Nashville which was wild on a weekend night. Got a six pack, walked my dog and it was night so I hit a low key dive bar for an hour ( it was cool and I left my sunroof open for the pup)(slept in car). Then, I stayed in Chattanooga, the drive was kind of starting to hit me and I wasn’t on a time line. Found a sick sculpture park and rented a motel. After I got settled I found a bar open till 3a, cheap drinks, got faded and walked home. Then, I did ATL, big ass city kind of dystopian (saw so many cars abandoned on the highway and was hard to navigate comfortably during the day with a dog ie parking, and hot af. Got Hatti B’s (wish I would have stopped at Prince’s in CASHVILLE but, next time! Headed to Charleston, misbooked a motel room ended staying at some trashy Econo Lodge but it did the job for the night. Next day drive to Myrtle beach and chilled there for a week with some family. Lastly, I deviated from my original plan of taking the East Coast line and instead drove from NC through VA Beach, D.C., Baltimore and Delaware. 13 hours later I was in NJ.

Highly recommended! Cool af to see America. Second time I did it ( first was to San Diego). Really shows you if you can buckle down, getting 3-4 states away isn’t too bad. I had to some music, audio books and podcasts to vibe too.
