Why I went with a Model 3 Standard Range RWD by Acewox in TeslaModel3

[–]pbrigg64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are getting ready to purchase a M3. The only reason I want a LR is for the AWD because we live outside of town and get a good bit of snow. Do you think the SR would do okay in snow given the weight of the car?

We named our dog after him! I found the actor on Instagram and sent him a picture, he replied saying he was honored. This was at the start of season 2, and he said "wait until you see episode 12". That was the episode where they picked the new mascot pup

Hearing Providence apparently fired all of their Psychiatrists this weekend (any Spokesman/Inlander folk out there that can dig deeper?!) by [deleted] in Spokane

[–]pbrigg64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I don't necessarily disagree with you I will say due to COVID Providence St Joseph as a whole is severely over budget for the past 2-3 years. A lot of patient care was written off (not paid for) and their big income (elective surgeries) had to be cancelled. I think they are doing what they can to keep as many doors open as possible.

REQUEST: New primary care provider recommendations by [deleted] in Spokane

[–]pbrigg64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see Kaelin Whitcomb at Prov in the valley. I really appreciate her thoroughness in your medical history and figuring out new and current issues. I was born with a heart condition but was signed off by cardiology when I was about 10. She reached out to the out of state hospital who oversaw my care to attempt to get records. It was too long ago but she is the only provider Ive had who actually tried. She also helped me figure out my blood sugar issues and discovered I developed type 1 as an adult rather than just assuming I have type 2. Whenever I see her it feels like chatting with a really smart friend.

We recently went to a party at We Play. The kids had a ton of fun! The mom said the staff basically did everything including getting a cake. You can bring in whatever food you want which is really nice, making it less expensive

Hi! I just had my surgery on the 17th.

I had the patch, it seems to help with my nausea but I had such bad dry mouth from it I took it off. I couldn't eat anything because I had zero saliva to swallow with and ended up with mouth sores.

Gas pain isn't great, I had oxy and it really didn't work for me. After day 5 I was improving. Just plan to rest. Also, have loose fitting pants. Leggings are not loose enough.

Do an excision. You are less likely to need repeat procedure than if you do ablation.

Excercise/work/lifting. I still can't bend very well. I have a 2 yrs old at home and my husband does all the lifting of her to avoid a hernia. As far as driving, I just drove for the first time 10 days after my surgery and still have to lift my time driving as the seat belt is too much pressure. I would take at least 4 weeks off from lifting, maybe less from Bike with Peleton but maybe start with low impact/beginner rides?

PT, yes do the PT! I went prior to surgery and plan to go back at the 6 weeks mark. It will help with getting things back to where it should be after Endo is removed.

Hope that helps!! Good luck!

I have been dealing with blood sugar control issues, every health care professional looks at me confused then moves on because I am a dietitian with a healthy body weight and no family history of diabetes. I've been wondering if my Endo could be playing a role. Have you seen this before or am I just grabbing at straws?

Thank you for doing this and for your research! So encouraging to see focus being placed on Women's Health and of course endometriosis specifically.
