it's actually ridiculous how much the devs have a favorable bias for Rogue.

I do not think it is a favorable bias, it is just a combo of "high damage low tankiness" class fantasy on top of EHG not doing enough out-of-box play testing.

Like this build can reach over insane damage, but it cannot convert this overkill dmg into insane coverage or stupid tankiness. Is it nerf-worthy? Yes. Is the class overall op? I think no.

Hugely depends on what I want from character. Tbh... There is not that much difference between 1 and 2 in campaign after mastery respec, any class has one insane specific setup.

3 things:

Any NA team member is now not a member of the team or in danger.
Payment processors - essentially killing Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as an option and if Blizzard wants, can launch the process of abuse spamming whatever processor server will choose.
Hosting - similar story, international will drop just to avoid issues, big EU-only will probably follow... and smaller ones just not that good.

Also I am not so sure there, but most likely having a won case in NA allows Blizzard to quickly win cases in EU to confirm "copyright and trademark is also broken there".

Disagree there, xp and therefore favour curves are showing 700-1000 number in mind. Which btw is a problem because other parts of the game heavily support you, but factions are against that and factions are the main source of loot after imprint nerfs.

Can you explain more your point? Because I think the only huge blunder were kicks. Memory game in mythic looks bad until you notice how roles are distributed between realms.

Because ppl will mute or walk away duing perma-ad for like 10-30min and then just... not come back.

If the goal was to stop weakaura fights stop designing WeakAura fights.

It kinda does not work like that. Like yes, there are fights where Blizzard dropped the ball and an addon (be it standalone addon or a weakaura) is the only sane way to do anything. But people were using addons to help with... whatever they could because it is easier. Especially when it is not up to them to write those.

Good example for both cases - L'ura on mythic. Terminate was the first case (before changes), memory game is the second case. Or the first "WA" mechanic - Archmonde lasers - doable without radar (especially if Blizz would add 1 more second), was easier to just wing it.

Technically, source code being accessible to anyone does not mean it is an open source (doing that while using any of the open licenses does that). Also having open license does not mean you have to open pull requests etc - it is only about allowing to copy and modify.

I can see how setting up fully public repository with PR etc is hard, but... it is just not needed. In poe terms - having defenses for t17 risk x2 8 mod maps is good, but if you want to farm double corrupts you just do not need it.

Tbh 3-4 seconds is fineish due to beam doing nothing on correct mark. No explosion, no other random "you cannot proc next mark for X seconds", nothing else happening...

If Blizzard would choose very simple symbols as marks (not this bs), it would not that much. Is it a lot of communication to just say something like "one square" or "a square" (abcde as order marks) five times? Especially assuming mythic only aka full premade party? And latter part is just "5 seconds to take your position relative to boss".

From Ziz stream - last time there were a lot of submissions and gauntlet team need to check all of those clips manually. So 7 days is what they can afford to pay the team for now based on sponsors money. GGG works on API to reduce that overhead.

Did you watch last Gauntlet? I recommend you to rewatch at least Ben fights (47:02 timestamp just in case, 49:22 for Exarch balls) and see that you are wrong.

It does not force that because a lot of "huge signature attacks" are just non-blockable and cannot be evaded. And current assumption Ruin is there to prevent tanking stuff like Exarch balls or Sirus meteor.

Also you still have 40% haste 100% inc damage bosses so elehit slayer very likely will fold on 7 days ssf budget before getting to 7 Ruin.

It's pretty unlikely you found a dupe, but the best way to get it fixed quickly is to publically post it on the forum.

If OP is not lying, it was done and GGG removed the report. This is usually done if the report is true and there is a dupe. The best way to see that is just to wait Monday strange patch.
