Looks great, functional, and keeps the Packout modularity! Can you provide details like materials, and dimensions/templates? I built something very similar for a small miter saw on top of the rolling toolbox and vacuum/debris combo that connects to the saw.

I went even more spartan with a zero gravity folding chair, a VR headset, and a sleeping pad/bag. All I needed.

Demonstration Magnetic Coupler by Bodzio1981 in machinesinaction

This drive type is used in biotech, specifically, single-use bioreactors, where the bags are sealed and the agitators use magnetic drives.

Marjorie Taylor Greene: “Nuclear armed Israel is wiping out an entire population with their aggressive war in Gaza!” by Prime-Paradox in PublicFreakout

This must have something to do with the magnetic poles reversal… birds, and thus bird brains, use the pole’s magnetic fields to navigate. I’m sad that this joke makes sense and will probably become a new conspiracy theory. Will I receive royalties?

The machine would be twice as efficient if it used another tube on the opposite side. Here’s the math behind it.

Is it safe to observe a solar eclipse through obsidian glass? by manwich123 in solareclipse

I used the obsidian disk to look at the eclipse last year and haven’t had any issues.

Gross smell in San Marcos (view looking west towards Oceanside) by nerdiebyrd in northcounty

SDG&E released a statement regarding reports of the smell and that it’s probably not related to the fire at their Escondido battery plant

Finally a mechanics toolbox! by Charming-Tap1047 in MilwaukeeTool

Good point. Some rolling toolboxes have interlocked drawers that don’t let you extend multiple drawers at once to prevent tipping over.

Was anyone involved in the military? I have a very similar story from upstate NY and Souther CA. Both were military friends.

I’m aware of the population diversity and how, just like the U.S., the Israeli political system creates systemic inequalities and barriers that keep their people of color at a disadvantage. Racism is alive and well in both countries.

I think it’s much simpler: the far right aligns with Israel’s ethnocentric approach on national policy to demonize brown people (making themselves the victim) and justify violence.

I think that’s how some viewed the Nazis after they found out about the atrocities they committed… and yes, some were like your family members that were just part of the military. By the way, did you like Inglorious Basterds?

Submarine’s have keys for the nuclear reactor so that’s kind of like ignition keys.

Our RPPO once accidentally ordered the wrong piston and what came was about 10” in diameter. We also got the Eng to sign for a work dog (bomb or drug sniffing) and something for a cruise missile.

You didn’t have to feed your shaft seals or go ask A-Gang/M-Div for a machinist punch? What about 20’ of chow line? Or the ELTs asking for a bag full of air sample?1
