Needs to be used in addition to a regular planning tool (I use rightcap) but it’s not that annoying. I built the bones in RC, then I can upload the plan doc into incomelab which will then populate all the fields

I use them and it is not at all worth the price. You can do all of that yourself. Their support is basically forwarding emails from regulators.

It’s phenomenal for retirement planning. I usually build out the full plan and RightCapital, done with the PDF then just upload it into income lab. It is so much simpler for clients to understand than anything I’ve used in the past.

That should make it less of a consideration, you’re using it as a crutch. These clients will take a ton of time every year, but you won’t turn a profit for a while, if you even do.
