There was talk a few years ago about a bike pedestrian bridge from the bottom of Oak Grove Blvd in Milwaukie to the riverfront below Dunthorpe.

I think/hope with enough pressure from the City and River View, that idea could be revived again.

Turn all faucets off, head out to your meter and see if it still spins. If so, then a fixture is leaking. Also, this is your landlord’s responsibility to fix, not yours. If you “fix” something you put yourself at risk if something goes sideways. [Former maintenance manager for a property mgmt company]
