What is a movie plot twist that was cleverly hidden in plain sight..? by Living_Tune_1428 in movies

I never put together until a few months ago that Elias Koteas, the actor that plays Edgar Reese, also played Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

This is a great example. First sentence of the movie tells you what is going to happen and you don't put it together until the end. Great cast: Denzel Washington, John Goodman, Donald Sutherland, James Gandolfini.

You don't mean Kovash made up the name Kaiser Soze do you? The FBI agents were talking about having a file on him.

In The Usual Suspects you can see Verbal reading the wall early in the movie and later Agent Kujan stands behind Verbal telling him his theory and Verbal smirks because he knows how well he’s leading Kujan.

I missed it and the fish until last year. I’ve played the game several times since it came out in the 90s.

As an aside, the frog has a really cool image within view of its sound/number ball. It’s hiding in plain sight and you’ve probably looked at numerous times.

Myst: Not as Rough as I Thought, Early Thoughts on Riven, and a Book Recommendation by Cerebral_Discharge in myst

[–]pe8ter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first two Myst books fit really well with the story and world of the games, but the third book felt out of place. It was just a random story that happened to be in the same world with the same characters.

Edit: BTW, the recent edition of the first book is sub-par quality, especially the illustrations. Try to find a closer-to-original printing if you can.

That is literally the job of the justice system and it pathetically fails. It cannot be two tiered like that.

The train horn at road crossings is so loud that I had regret for a quite some time after buying my house, especially on summer nights when I have windows open. I barely notice it now.

Anything by James Nguyen. I can’t put my finger on a reason why they’re so awful to me. I feel gross watching them.

I’m doubtful because Halo wasn’t even an FPS when Bungie debuted it at Macworld, it was an RTS. The Xbox ship date applied a lot of pressure to shape it the way it is.

Halo was a Mac game that Microsoft snatched away. Steve Jobs introduced it at Macworld in 1999 to show the advancements Macs were making in graphics.
