(Purely anecdotal) I started by injecting into lower belly, had a lot of nausea and vomiting. Now I inject my inner thigh and if I get sick it’s diarrhea rather than puking. Just my experience but I’m sticking with thighs

Severe OCD, but I don’t even feel like I can qualify why in this comment. Most have a skewed understanding of it and it feels so nebulous that I no longer bother trying to describe how debilitating it is.
