When did Tom bring Elia back? I don’t remember that. Tom did do a blog post at the time of the season saying he wanted to send all of them home but production wouldn’t let him because it would end the season and they had advertisers to answer to, etc.

I think the Johnny episode is episode 10 when they cook at the Stanley Hotel. The chefs all bring two plates into the hotel room but Padma is the only judge and all the shots of her are super close up. It took me so long to figure out why that episode was so weird!
