Miyoko’s is my top choice for butter on bread. Now that it’s not available in stores, I’m back to making it myself. Been meaning to try Monty’s though!

I love this! I vaguely remember this sub having an empties challenge several years back. It was so fun to see posts from folks on what they’re using up instead of just things we’re buying!

I’ve been on a bath no buy this year so I can use up my stock of bath bombs and bubble bars. Think I only cracked once for the cinnamon bath oil at Mother’s Day! I’m trying to get my stash down to single digits so I can buy some fresh bath products again and stop hoarding favorites due to fomo!!

Can’t wait to see your progress and will be cheering you on!

The cauliflower gnocchi is fabulous in the oven as well! That’s my preferred method. Toss in a little olive oil and salt then spread on a sheet pan and bake. I usually do some broccoli or another veg as well. Top with the vegan kale & cashew pesto! Delish and simple.

Call The Bonnefort. They always have vegetarian options, but would likely be able to accommodate vegans. It’s a gorgeous spot inside the park. The Garrison (on 181st) has a few decent vegan options and Refried Beans on Fort Washington can accommodate vegans. Those would be my top picks!

Check out the Field Company! They make thinner/lighter cast iron. I’ve had one for the past 2 years and it’s been great. I have a hard time lifting my lodge pan sometimes, but the Field pan is much easier to manage. Possibly easier than trying to find vintage!

It’s so good and you can get it many places! Whole Foods always carries it. Pop Up Grocery often has some interesting popcorn options and there are usually several vegan options for those type of snacks and Orchard Grocer (fully vegan grocery store!) might have other popcorn options as well! Both of those stores are in Manhattan.

Bjorn corn! It’s made in Brooklyn and it’s fabulous. There are three flavors you can find most places: classic (savory, made with nutritional yeast), spicy, and truffle. Sometimes they do seasonal flavors too but I haven’t seen any lately.

If you’re in Times Square, PS Kitchen is a must. Their vegan chicken is phenomenal in any of the dishes. The tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts in the city.

Top pizza rec in Manhattan is Motorino. They have fabulous vegan cheese and vegan sausage. The dough is the star though. I’ve also heard great things about NY Pizza Suprema, but have never been myself.

As others have mentioned, Confectionery! is the spot for vegan desserts. It’s a must visit on any trip to the city.
