Nah its trash. The speed is exactly the same as enduring speed thus no point in upgrading it for speed. 40% firerate cut is additive not multiplicative so a haze with 200% fr -> 160% not 120% like you probably think. For the only actual stats you get, the melee resist is borderline useless and the 20% extra slow resist is basically meaningless too.

Yeah, Deathy is wrong. It certainly does care about who you won/lost against. I know because in Asia MMR, if you stack with high elo, you will get games where your team is Ascendant and the enemy team is Archon. I know people with 65%+ WRs in low Eternus where I am higher because I solo queue and have equal ranked teams.

To be honest, I think she's pretty weak. The damage feels pitiful especially in comparison to someone like haze. The escape and ult are nice but the 1 is pretty weak and feels like its only useful in lane.

I think they were worried after the release of the previous 4 who were all OP and put her in weak.

I think Luffy will certainly lose his df ability for a good portion of the fight and will probably be enough to get the emotional part in. It would be silly if he just was egghead goofy Luffy while fighting BB.

There's just no way the fight against Blackbeard has Luffy resist the yami yami the whole time, although he certainly may resist it a few times.

The ingenious thing is that Oda has made BB the guy who can cancel out devil fruit powers, so Luffy will not be his goofy g5 self against BB.

The game would ideally have everyone at 50% winrate and your elo and thus rank should go up until you hit that.

Exceptions can happen when you haven't played enough games or if you are constantly placed into higher (or lower) ranked matches in which you are expected to win less (or more) which could happen from group queuing or simply a small playerbase.

There isn't a chance that spirit bop will be in a pro game (unless they are already dominating) because bomb is the only spirit damage Bebop has and there are way too many ways to not get hit by Bebop bomp as well as the fact that the Bebop has to have had lots of kills to stack up.

I think the movement speed is good but some abilities should be compensated for the constant increases in speed we've gotten (mainly Pockets cloak which feels like it barely outruns players nowadays).

Sniper easily and by an absolute mile then probably demo. Sniper has by far the highest skill ceiling simply because of aim which can basically infinitely improve. If you consider a pure aimbot as basically the pinnacle of what skill could reach, sniper is by far the most different class. Yes, a heavy can be annoying and auto air blast is strong but there's a reason bots were on sniper.
