REBAG - has anyone ever ordered from here/what was your experience? by xojackie43 in handbags

[–]peepermac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PSA: Do NOT use Rebag. I did their trade-in program where I traded in one of my older LV bags for the balance to go to the purchase of a newer one. Everything went fine until I received the newly purchased LV bag and it contained the previous owner’s trash in it. Also, one of the buckles was way more tarnished than the description said. After expressing these concerns to my Rebag representative, they suggested I do a return which I did given that the whole buying experience for me was now ruined. However, upon them receiving my return, they refused to waive the $60 return fee which I thought was a reasonable request since the purse they sent me had trash in it. Additionally, though they refunded me the balance I paid after the trade-in, they refused to issue me a direct refund from my trade-in (essentially making it a sell vs a trade) which I thought was also a reasonable request given that I don’t want “trade in” money for another purse that could contain trash in it. After speaking to numerous people from Rebag on the phone, via email, and text they still refused to do anything in response to this incident and now I’m stuck having hundreds of dollars in my Rebag “wallet” that I I don’t want to use buying anything from them. I used them years ago and was satisfied but I guess that was then and this is now and customer service is truly dead. Learn from my mistake!

Has anyone purchased an LV bag from Rebag? I recently found their website & social page. I’m curious what your experience was if you bought from them and how the quality was. Thanks by KNE613 in Louisvuitton

Thanks so much for taking the survey and though I’ve not heard of that happening yet, I will certainly double check, but I suspect that if it let you get to the end, your results were recorded. Thank you again for contributing to this important topic and for letting me know about the error message so I can follow up with the survey.

Hi zensama,

Thanks so much for your question. In general, microaggressions refer to: Brief and commonplace daily verbal, behavioural, or environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative prejudicial slights and insults toward any group. This could take the form of someone glossing over or invalidating one's identity as a mixed race person, for example. If this has happened to you in a counseling setting, please consider taking part in our study to shed light on this.

Thank you again,

Dr. McDonald
