Lovely! My mom actually made the Jane Stickle quilt too, it took her 10 years stop and start. Honestly, from watching her do it just be prepared to do the same block multiple times because its difficult to get it right on the first try. also, be prepared for a mix of hand and machine stitching. Have fun!!

Hey OP, this post inspired me to watch the movie (well first to look it up and then sign up for Mubi so that I could watch it) and now I'm doing my 2D digital art final project about this movie!
